How To Contour Using NCinc’s Mineral Bronzer

Where should I apply the product on my face and how much should I use? Contouring can be intimidating for some, as it may not look flattering if not done correctly. It can be challenging for beginners to know how much product to use and where to apply it. People contour for a variety of reasons, whether to slim down their facial features or simply add warmth to their complexion. If you're new to contouring and unsure where to begin, follow my simple guide and you'll be a pro in no time! Remember, the key is to apply contour on top of your foundation.

Before reaching for your Mineral Bronzer, take the time to prep your skin and apply your foundation first. NCinc's Mineral Bronzer, like all our products, has a buildable formula so you only need a small amount at a time. All NCinc Mineral Jars come with a sifter to prevent product wastage and make application cleaner and easier.

To begin, determine where you want to apply your bronzer. The most typical areas to contour are the cheekbones, jawline, and hairline. Once you have identified these areas, transfer the bronzer into a mineral jar and dip your brush into the product. Gently dab the brush onto your face to apply the product, then blend it out in circular motions until it is evenly distributed. Utilizing circular motions will ensure that your bronzer does not appear to look patchy.

I recommend beginning in the middle and then working your way outward. For instance, when applying bronzer on your cheekbones, it's best to start at the centre of your cheeks and blend out toward the hairline. For a more defined contour, apply a bit more product and repeat the process. When applying to your jawline, be sure to blend the product down to your neck to avoid a harsh line.
