How To Apply Mineral Foundation

How To Apply Mineral Foundation

Transitioning from a conventional liquid foundation to a loose powder foundation may require a period of adjustment. Key considerations will include priming your skin and achieving the proper amount of powder application. By following my guidance on applying powder foundation, you will quickly become proficient in this technique!

Here's a great tip for you: always begin with a clean and fresh face to achieve the best makeup finish. Layering makeup on top of a dirty face can cause acne and clogged pores, so preparing your face is crucial. The way you prepare your face will greatly impact how your makeup looks during application and throughout the day. After washing your face, apply your favourite moisturizer generously all over and allow it to absorb.

It is time to begin applying your foundation. I suggest using NCinc's Kabuki brush, which is dense and soft to provide quick and even coverage. Pour the foundation powder into the lid of the jar and swirl the brush into the product, allowing it to collect the powder. Before starting, use the edge of the lid to tap off any excess product to avoid a cakey appearance. Begin blending the foundation in the centre of your face and then work your way outwards. Gently hold the brush and buff the foundation into your skin using circular motions to build a light layer. NCinc's mineral foundation is buildable, so you can apply 2 to 3 light layers to achieve your desired coverage. To achieve a full coverage finish, repeat the blending process three times using light layers to prevent your skin from looking flaky and dry.

Don't forget to seamlessly blend your foundation into the hairline, jawline, and neck for a flawless and natural makeup finish. I hope these mineral makeup application tips have been beneficial for you! Will you be giving Mineral Foundation a try?
